Terms of Use

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the terms and conditions for accessing and using the S Prompt Generator website ("the Service"), published by Maxence DAVO. Any use of the Service implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

Article 2 — Description of the Service

The Service provides:

• a prompt generator (choice of genre, voice, structure, lyrics);
• an audio analyzer that runs entirely in the user's browser, without the file being sent to the publisher's servers;
• saved custom settings ("presets") linked to the user account;
• a history of generated prompts and the ability to indicate whether a prompt worked well on Suno.

The Service does not generate music and is not affiliated with Suno, Inc. It only prepares text to be manually copied and pasted into the Suno.com website, whose use remains subject to Suno's own terms.

Article 3 — Access to the Service and user account

Access to certain features requires creating an account (email + password). The user agrees to provide accurate information and to keep their credentials confidential. The user may delete their account at any time from the "Account" page, or by contacting contact@spromptgenerator.com.

Article 4 — Plans and quotas

• Free: 10 prompt generations per month, quota reset every month.
• Creator (paid subscription): 100 generations per month.
• Pro (paid subscription): unlimited generations, access to the audio analyzer.

Full pricing details are available on the Subscription page and in the Terms of Sale. The publisher reserves the right to change the quotas, features, or pricing of its plans, with prior notice to subscribed users.

Article 5 — Acceptable use

The user agrees not to:

• use the Service for unlawful purposes or in a manner contrary to public decency;
• attempt to circumvent the Service's quotas or security mechanisms (abusive automation, multiple accounts, etc.);
• extract, copy, or reuse the Service's code, genre/style databases, or interface for competing commercial purposes;
• infringe the rights of third parties through content (lyric topics, references) entered into the Service.

Any breach may result in the suspension or deletion of the account, without prior notice or refund for the current period.

Article 6 — Intellectual property

Prompts and lyrics generated from the user's inputs belong to them freely; they may use them without restriction, including commercially, subject to compliance with Suno.com's terms of use and any third-party rights that may be invoked by their inputs.

The code, interface, genre/style/instrument databases, and the S Prompt Generator brand remain the exclusive property of the publisher.

Article 7 — Liability

The Service is a text-preparation assistance tool; the publisher does not guarantee:

• that generated prompts will produce a satisfactory musical result on Suno;
• the continuous availability of the Service (maintenance, outages, or changes to Suno.com that may make certain settings obsolete);
• the 100% accuracy of the audio analysis (tempo/key/structure), which remains an algorithmic estimate.

Article 8 — Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Article 9 — Changes to these Terms

The publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material change by email or via a notice on the site.

Article 10 — Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Consumers may also refer the matter to a consumer mediator, in accordance with Article L616-1 of the French Consumer Code.
